Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the QuickCloth Finder mobile application and related services operated by PIWOWARCZYK SP Z O O collectively referred to as the “Application”. PIWOWARCZYK SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

QuickCloth Finder is designed to help users browse fabric categories, compare textile information, locate nearby stores, and organize material search preferences. The Application does not require registration or user accounts.

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not create user profiles.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only as necessary to establish network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data and does not use it for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect or store precise real-time location information from your device. If route planning or nearby store functionality is used, any map or navigation action may be handled by your device or a third-party map provider according to that provider’s own privacy terms.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.

The Application listing may be available through Google Play. Google Play and any external services you choose to open have their own privacy policies and terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Opt-out rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no in-app data collection to opt out from. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data through the Application, so there is no personal application data retained by PIWOWARCZYK SP Z O O.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another external communication method, the information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry. Such communication may be retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain business records where required.

Data Deletion

Since the Application does not collect or store personal information, the Service Provider has no in-app personal data to delete. Removing the Application from your device removes the Application itself and any local app state controlled by your device.

If you contacted the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provided personal information, you may request deletion of that communication data by contacting support@piwowarczyk.it.com. The Service Provider will delete eligible data unless retention is required by applicable law or legitimate administrative needs.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards for any systems or voluntary communications it manages.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal app data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided outside the Application, the Service Provider will notify affected users where required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will request consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
